Return/Exchange policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Contact our customer service department for a return authorization within 30 days of purchase for return instructions. Only if the product is defective or DONGDI made an error will return shipping costs be at our expense. Customized items are not eligible for a refund due to their uniqueness and/or personalization.
